Join RAFFL, NOFA-VT, and a diverse group of Rutland & Bennington County Farms for our regional C.R.A.F.T. Program - The Collaborative Regional Alliance for Farmer Training. This is a 7-part workshop series for aspiring and beginning farmers of all ages seeking meaningful mentorship! Workshops are FREE, and you do not have to be an apprentice on one of the host farms in order to participate. In order to receive the CRAFT Certificate from RAFFL and NOFA-VT, apprentices must attend 4 of the 7 workshops. Workshops include a farm tour, training session, followed by a potluck!

Benefits of Participation

·         Learn about a diversity of topics and farm systems (including cover cropping, grazing, marketing, or even mushroom cultivation!)

·         Network with other apprentices, interns, and farm workers in the region

·         Meet other CRAFT farmers by attending monthly workshops on each of the participating farms

·         Receive a resource manual and certificate with in-depth information on each topic and Vermont’s new farmer services
