Part of our Everyday Chef workshop series, Stretching Your Local Food Dollar will focus on getting the most out of local and fresh food through creative, out of the box cooking, make ahead meals, simple preservation techniques and more.
Led by local chef Emily Magner, this 60 to 90 minute interactive class will include instruction, demonstration, tastings and sampling, plus recipes and resources for you to take home.
Space is limited to 15 participants.
Cost: $12/person, 16 years and older. Children under 16 are free with accompanying adult. We have financial assistance available too! Price of the workshop includes instruction, refreshments, samples and resources
