Workplace Farm-share Delivery Program
Currently a partnership between RRMC (Rutland Regional Medical Center), the Rutland Area Visiting Nurses and Hospice and RAFFL. Employees support local farms by purchasing a farm “share”, and in return receive on-site delivery of nutritious, fresh picked local produce weekly.
Local farms delivered weekly shares to 65 employees this summer at these two locations. The pilot program this summer was so well received, winter shares were also offered! Winter deliveries include produce, meat and cheese.
