PRACTICAL PRODUCE SAFETY: SCIENCE AND BEST PRACTICES Wondering what the fuss is about produce safety? Want to be ahead of the curve on having a plan in place? You will leave this one-day workshop with a solid understanding of the science  and risks behind produce safety, and a produce safety plan for your farm.
