Salvation Farms has released the Vermont Fresh Handbook:
The goal of this handbook is to provide information on the produce grown in the Vermont region. Contained within the Handbooks pages is information on the nutritional value, storage, preparation and simple recipes for forty different fruits, vegetables and herbs. ‘Vermont Fresh – A Fruit and Vegetable Handbook’ was produced by Salvation Farms, Sterling College and the Vermont Foodbank.
