Local Food / Farm Fest at Okemo looking for Vendors

Kristin Smith

Okemo Mountain Resorts is holding a local farms and food festival over Labor Day weekend, which will include a FREE market opportunity for farmers and specialty food producers. The event is still in the "organization" phase, but here are the details we know so far: Local farm and food event to be held over Labor Day weekend. The farmers' market and local food events will be held at the Jackson Gore Village at Okemo Mountain Resort.  There will be no charge for the vendors to participate at the market. Set up will be from 8am – 10am, with the market opening at 10am and closing at 5pm, both Saturday and Sunday. Interested vendors should email Craig at cdecato@okemo.com for more details.

They are also looking for agricultural displays about raising farm animals with information on their farms and products; this will be separate from the market itself.  Space will be available for RV’s and camping for anyone with one of these displays.  The organizers want this to cover every aspect possible from the farm to the home.
