		<description>For sure! The beet cake actually just looked like a regular chocolate cake.  The beets were so well disguised that the students we worked with took a number of tries before they could guess the secret ingredient. :) - And trust me, there were plenty of beets in there.  I will get a copy of the beet cake on here as soon as possible !</description>
