Join RAFFL's Everyday Chef Coordinator, Grace Davy for our first class in our four-part series on Mexican cooking. In this class, participants will learn how to make Adobada (Spanish for "marinated"), a luscious pork stew. We’ll make a huge batch and then repurpose it for authentic enchiladas. We’ll also make a batch of Horchata, a beloved Mexican beverage made from cinnamon and toasted rice.
