Learn how to create your own smoothies—a nutritious and delicious breakfast that can be made in minutes. We will have an assortment of fruits and vegetables on hand, as well as a buffet of different liquids you can add to smoothies. Participants will also learn knife skills and prep all ingredients. Bring your own container for a smoothie to bring home. There will be a door prize!
$5 per adult/Seniors over 55 and kids 12 and under FREE
