Get a handle on your knife skills! Learn how to use a knife like a pro or brush up on your technique so you can chop, mince, cut and julienne your way through fresh produce with ease and then learn to break down a whole chicken to make the most of every dollar.
Space is limited to 20 adults. Workshop cost is $10 per person, and children under 16 years are free.
A knife and cutting board will be provided for the class. Please wear comfortable, close toed shoes.
